Order Fulfillment process in UAE and Saudi Arabia

Receiving Inventory

  • We receive stock from clients’ manufacturers or suppliers at our fulfillment centers in UAE and, Riyadh.

  • Our team offloads and inspects incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.

  • We verify SKUs, quantities, and quality against the client’s purchase order.

  • All products are barcoded (if not already) and scanned into our warehouse management system (WMS).

  • Clients are notified with a digital goods-received report via their portal or email.

Inventory Storage

  • Products are stored in optimized shelving, racking, or bin systems based on SKU type, size, and movement frequency.

  • Our system maps all storage locations and uses FIFO or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) if required.

  • Each item is assigned a Special location for fast, accurate picking.

  • Clients can monitor stock levels in real time through our integrated dashboard.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed by customers on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon.sa, or Noon are picked to process on time.

  • Once an order is received, our WMS generates a picklist or packing slip.

  • Inventory is automatically allocated and reserved for that order to prevent overselling.

  • Priority and SLA-based processing rules are applied (same-day, next-day, etc.).

Order Packing

  • Each order is re-verified at packing for quality and accuracy.

  • We use high-quality packaging materials (branded if requested) suited for local or international delivery.

  • Fragile or temperature-sensitive items are handled using appropriate packing protocols.

  • We print and apply shipping labels, invoices, or COD slips.

  • All orders are scanned and marked as packed in the WMS.

Returns Handling

  • Customers initiate returns via client’s portal or support team.

  • Once received, our warehouse inspects the returned items.

  • Based on client policy, items are either restocked, refurbished, or marked for disposal.

  • We update stock in WMS and report returns to the client for refund or exchange processing.

  • Return data is tracked to help reduce future product issues.

Reporting & Analytics

  • We provide  monthly reports with key KPIs such as:

    • Fulfillment accuracy

    • Average order processing time

    • Stock turnover rate

    • Aging inventory

    • Returns and reasons

  • Our dashboard gives real-time visibility into stock levels, orders in progress, and delivery status.

  • Custom reports can be generated on request for marketing or operational decision-making.
